RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted. However if on reception of the goods the buyer noticed that one part is missing or damaged due to the responsibility of the seller and only in that case, we will partially/entirely refund you or send you the missing part. Communication of the issue will have to be provided to the seller within two days from delivery. We may request a photo of the damaged part.

CANCELLATIONS

In case of order cancellation from the customer, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • 10% if the order is canceled within 24 hours (order still not being processed)
  • 50% if the order is canceled after 24 hours (order already being processed)

SHIPPING

We only ship our products through reliable professional world-known shippers (DHL, FEDEX,UPS ).

However, dydoll.com will not be responsible for any delay ascribable to the shipper.

CUSTOMS

Our prices do not include custom duties. The buyer may have to settle such taxes once the goods arrive in the destination country.
