ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Order processing time can range from 3 - 12 business days*, depending on the selected customization options and the number of orders in queue.

*Please understand that a sex doll is a customized product that is made-to-order according to the customer's specifications. Although we strive to ship every order in the above time-frame, processing time could be slightly longer in exceptional cases.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will review every doll order manually to make sure that we aren't missing anything.

Your privacy is our main goal. All packages are delivered in discreet packaging; additionally, customer details are sealed within our privacy policy. 

There is no specific indication or labelling on the box that reveals the contents inside.

For international shipments your doll will be labelled “mannequin” (for customs clearance).

If you do not want to receive the order at your home, we can always send it to a UPS store (US orders) or DHL store (rest of the world) and you can pick it up there at your convenience.

Full legal name must be provided at checkout as delivery may require Photo ID and signature.

IMPORT TAXES

If your shipping address is outside USA, import taxes may be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this. It is required by some countries. Buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.
